Suite at Sea (operated by Groove Jet Travel, LLC) is committed to making its website accessible to people with disabilities. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, the standard referenced by the U.S. Department of Justice's 2024 rule under Title II of the ADA and widely adopted as the benchmark for digital accessibility.

We have taken the following steps to improve accessibility across the site: • All meaningful images include descriptive alt text. Decorative images are hidden from assistive technology. • Every form field has a programmatic label, either visible or available to screen readers via the sr-only technique. • Skip-to-content links are available on every page for keyboard and assistive technology users. • Navigation landmarks (header, main, footer, nav) are used throughout. • Active navigation items are identified with aria-current="page". • Interactive elements — buttons, links, accordions — include appropriate ARIA roles and states (aria-expanded, aria-controls, aria-pressed). • When multi-step quiz flows advance, focus is moved programmatically to the new question so screen reader users hear the updated content. • Text colors have been reviewed against WCAG 1.4.3 (Contrast — Minimum) for a 4.5:1 ratio against their backgrounds. • Active navigation states are conveyed by both color and additional visual cues (font weight and underline) to satisfy WCAG 1.4.1 (Use of Color). • The site includes a global prefers-reduced-motion media query that disables or reduces animations for users who have configured this preference in their operating system. • Touch targets meet a minimum size of 24 × 24 CSS pixels as required under WCAG 2.5.5.

We are aware of the following limitations and are working to address them: • Third-party booking and scheduling tools embedded on the /book-a-call page are outside our direct control. If you are unable to use those tools due to an accessibility barrier, please contact us directly and we will arrange an alternative method to schedule your consultation. • Some older PDF documents, if any are linked in the future, may not be fully tagged for screen reader compatibility. We are committed to ensuring any PDFs we publish are accessible before release.

This website is designed to work with the following assistive technology combinations: • Latest versions of NVDA or JAWS with Chrome on Windows • VoiceOver with Safari on macOS and iOS • TalkBack with Chrome on Android Older browser versions or less common assistive technology combinations may experience reduced compatibility.
